Pilates exercise is a movement form based around strengthening the postural muscles of the back, buttocks and abdominals. Through these classes, you will improve posture, strength and flexibility. It can relieve stiffness and soreness in tired overworked muscles and greatly reduces instances of back pain.

I have been teaching community based Pilates classes for over 15 years, establishing Pilates classes in Pinner, North Harrow & Harrow Weald. My qualifications are a Diploma in Level 3 Pilates Institute and Specialised Intrinsic Biomechanics. I have been permanently based for over 12 years at Blackwell Hall in Harrow Weald with my Wednesday evening mixed ability class and my Friday morning back care group.
